The Rise Score and accompanying analysis are editorial products — informational opinions intended to help you make better-informed decisions about your player's development. They are not predictions, guarantees, or professional advice.
LaxRise is not affiliated with any club, league, governing body, recruiting service, college, or training program. We do not endorse any specific program and have no financial relationship with the entities mentioned in our content.
The Rise Score is built from the answers you provide and our internal benchmarking model. While we work to make it accurate and useful, we make no warranty as to the score's correctness, predictive value, or suitability for any specific decision (recruiting, club selection, training plans, etc.). Decisions you make based on our content are your own.

All editorial content, the Rise Score methodology, the LaxRise brand and trademarks, the website design, and the newsletter content are the property of LaxRise. You may share individual articles or your own Rise Score result with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions of our content without written permission.
If you reply to an email or send us feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use that feedback to improve the Service. We will not publish your name or identifying information without permission.
The Sunday Rise Brief is free. You may unsubscribe at any time using the one-click link in any email. We reserve the right to remove subscribers who violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaxRise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, if you are a subscriber, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
